Yes I read the doc but it is not so clear to me from the doc what is the exact answer to:

Hello.
Ok i dont have ELK 7.5 but i have ELK 7.17...

  1. You can create role for specific space, with permissions "Index pattern management"

Next add mapping this role to user or group.
But for create any index pattern user must have permitions for read any index, that not good) but may be not problem for you case.
You can do it using kibana api if you need command.

  1. Use must use api if you need exactly command:

    Create or update role mappings API | Elasticsearch Guide [7.5] | Elastic
