Activate Xpack + Watcher for existing Elasticsearch installation

Hi all

My company has already installed Elasticsearch + Kibana 6.8.7 with Basic License. We need to use Watcher API from Xpack plugin, so I guess we should buy a License for it.

Can someone describe the process in case it is possible?
