I am looking for an open source solution for alerting needs. I checked watcher they talk about installing a license:

  1. Is the license GPL ?
  2. How to install watcher in windows machine ?

No, it requires a commercial license.

It is installed as part of X-Pack on Elasticsearch and Kibana.

I received the above error wont it work with trial license ?
