Add policy to indextemplate index templates names are unsorted and not easy to use

I have elastic and kibana v"7.9.2"
When I want to add ILM to index template by going to ILM->action->add_policy_to_index button
I receive the screen - see attached screenshot
the index templates are in unsorted order and there is no search as u type feature and it is not easy to find correct template.
Is there a way how I can see the template list in alphabetic sorted order? Or to have type search function?

CREATE TEMPLATE vs CREATE LEGACY TEMPLATE
for create template option I cant see the template from the menu mentioned in attached screen at all.
