Apache HTTP Server Assets

I installed the assets for the Apache HTTP Server integration and everything showed up in kibana except for the Anomaly detection jobs. I have tried reinstalling all the assets to no avail. How do I install the ML jobs for this integration?

In my kibana instance ( Integrations > Apache HTTP Server > Assets) only the dashboards, Saved Searches, and Visualizations are listed).

Which kind of license to you have? ML only works with a platinum license (or above, or a trial license).

We have an active Platinum license, and we have many other machine learning jobs currently running. We have loaded machine learning jobs by running setup kibana via filebeat, but for some reason loading all of the assets from this integration did not include the ML jobs.
