APM Data is not showing in Kibana

Below is the setup details:

Kibana version: 8.14.3

Elasticsearch version (cluster with 1 master + 2 worker nodes): 8.14.3

APM Server version: 8.6.2

APM Agent language and version: Java- 1.36.0 (jar)

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, deb, from source, etc.) and version: elastic stack installed as deb

Fresh install or upgraded from other version? upgraded from 8.6.2

APM Data is not showing in Kibana even though all the components of the stack are running, and network connectivity exists. Can someone share some insights on how I debug the issue here.
