Bug report: Refresh in Metrics app on host level is not working

Hello,

we run a cluster on version 7.6.2 and discovered that the refresh as well as the auto refresh are not working if you select one host. Here is how you can retrace the error:

In Kibana open Metrics App --> click on a host --> select view metrics --> in the time chooser select "Last 15 minutes" (first time works) --> wait for some time and press the refresh button. That will not work.
I tried also to use the auto refresh which also doesn't work.
Tested with Firefox and Chrome.

With a full refresh of the page the newest data is loaded.

@JPT Thanks for the report. The good news is I noticed this a few weeks back and included a fix in this PR https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/59503 which is scheduled to go into 7.8.

@simianhacker thank you for the quick reply. I was hoping the bug will be fixed earlier

Is there a general check of refresh functionality planned? I now have also a refresh problem when refreshing index patterns. Only works after reloading page/clicking to the pattern again.
It would be quite tedious to report all the bugs here xD
