Build kibana unreleased version

I would like to test the Ingest Manager with on prem package-registry mentioned here:

The issue mentions that this works for Kibana v7.9.10, can I build the version with yarn somehow?

I can easily build Kibana using the guide. But the binaries says kibana-8.0.0-SNAPSHOT-XXXX I cannot figure out how to build kibana-7.9.10 as mentioned by Ruflin.
