Can I remove the timestamp from a column graph axis?

We're trying to display some data in a column graph and we can't figure out how to remove the timestamp from the X-axis date entries, as below. We would just like to show the date, per column.

This is data sent directly through to Elastic->Kibana->Canvas, as far as I'm aware. Perhaps it can/needs to be parsed in Logstash first?

Would appreciate any advice, thanks!

Hi @bperrett,

It's hard to see what this chart really is, but usually you'd use date field formatter for that. But if it's Date Histogram chart then it's not currently possible and is tracked here.
