Can we change the language from kibana ui?

Welcome! Which version of Kibana are you using? Looking at the latest version documentation Portuguese is not one of the supported locales.

However, from the below threads it looks like building a plugin could work:

You could try to search and see if anyone exposed a plugin for Portuguese after these posts were published. Alternatively it should give you a start in creating your own.
