Cannot create new Elastic Cloud deployment

Anyone run into that? I create an Elastic Cloud deployment and it says:

Your deployment is being created…
Depending on the size of your deployment, this may take up to 6 minutes

Its a very small deployment so not sure why I am waiting almost 30 minutes now... I tried creating another and its still the same status.
