Canvas refresh rate permanent

Hello,
I saw that it is possible to set the canvas refresh rate.

Unfortunately, however, I have to set it in every canvas and every time I open it in a new browser.

Is it possible to set the refresh rate permanently, perhaps in the kibana settings?

Would you mind creating an issue for this at https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/new?assignees=&labels=bug&template=Bug_report.md?

The Canvas timepicker should use advanced settings timepicker:refreshIntervalDefaults and timepicker:timeDefaults so that when you add a panel, it would use those times as the defaults. That is not the case.

Sorry but I think that timepicker:refreshIntervalDefaults and timepicker:timeDefaults are the parameters for me...or not?
