CLA checking in Pull Request for Elasticsearch

Hi,

I have created a Pull Request and signed Contributors License Agreement but the cla-checker-service bot is failing. I tried closing the PR as well as creating a new one, but the CLA checker still fails. Can someone help me in resolving this issue?
