Clickeable element and filter accordingly

Hello, I have tried without success to make a canvas that in first page have some data, let's say a pie with 3 subnet ranges, and if a click any of them it brings me to a second page with the details of every ip within clicked range. I've tried to use variable option from page but it doesn't seem to work, if a put a where clause it doesn't find any document.

am I missing something or a feature like this doesn't exist?

In canvas there is no way to make a pie chart clickable. You need to work with markdown elements to have the ability to click on elements.

What you describe sounds like drill down functionality. Thats something you can do in Kibana using classic dashboards. The classic dashboards are usually used if you like to have interaction with the data

Whats your main reason that you would like to do it in Canvas?
