I have setup logstash pipeline and metricbeat. I can see a graph for both of these but they are in different dashboard. Is it possible to collate this both and show this in one single dashboard?

Yes, simply create a new dashboard and add all Visualizations you are interested in - Visualizations are saved separately and can be added to multiple dashboards as well
