Couldn't able to view newly created Salesforce record in Kibana?

I can able to view all the records for the first time, But when the new record is created Kibana is not pulling that record. To view the new record I need to stop and start Kibana again. How can I solve this isuue.(I am pulling records from one of the salesforce object)
