Create chart with my indexed data

Hi
I have data in below format.

T_Name, RT,Pass,Fail
test1,2.5,10,1
test2,4.5,10,2

I will be uploading the data in above format daily. How can i represent test1 data in 1 graph ?

thanks for the reply. Now i am able to create graph. Issue was with the data type mapping. Now i corrected it.
