Creating index matching pattern for the logstash-* test data

Hi all,

I'm Creating index matching pattern for the logstash-* test data and I've discovered that if one creates the matching pattern by specifying @timestamp as "Index contains time-based events" then Kibana discovery shows no data as you can see from the screen shot. However if I create the pattern without specifying "Index contains time-based events" then I can see the test logstash data in discovery just fine? Any suggestions?

My bad -- I wish I could delete this post; date range should have been for May 2015 to match the test data. Oops :slight_smile:
