Creating new dashboards with existing one by changing type/index

I am using ELK stack to collect and store the performance data of my application.My application is running on different sites/environments. Data set is same for all the sites, my requirement is to create a dashboard for each site. So I would like to create a dashboard for one site and use it for all other sites by just changing index or type or something like that, could someone please let me know is there any such possibility with kibana 4.

Yes, just export the dashboard, make the changes, and then import again.
Or grab the document that contains the dashboard and make the changes, then re-insert it.
