That looks like a file is missing from the plugin. Which plugin is it?

I am making a plugin of myself, it's just a basic plugin from blogs that I found online.

Edit: I was not building the package correctly, creating issue in elasticsearch version in plugin-descriptor.properties file that was created in zip package. That issue sorted. Thanks anyway.
