Dashboard POST URL too long unless re-saving

7.16.2 stack

I'm running into an issue where it's saying my Dashboard POST URL is too long

The odd thing is, if I edit the dashboard and re-save it, the POST URL is fine.

I'm stuck on what is causing the dashboard to say there are unsaved changes when nothing was changed on the Dashboard. Is there something I can do to tell which Visualization is causing issues?
