Data Table - Compare two periods from different years

Hello,

I know Timelion enables one to compare two different periods easily with Offset feature, however, do we have a workaround to mimic Offset for Data Table component? For example, I would have a table like so (consider spaces as columns/values):

Product Expense(2018) Expense(2019) Difference
abc 1 3 2

or Month comparison

Product Expense(March 2018) Expense(March 2019) Difference
abc 1 3 2

This is possible in 7.4, https://www.elastic.co/blog/kibana-7-4-0-released, with custom time range for dashboard panels. You can add the data table visualization twice and provide a custom time range to compare different time periods
