Delete Resources on Elastic Cloud using REST API

Hi,
This is regarding Elastic cloud (cloud.elastic.co/api/v1) - there is no matching tag.
It seems like there is no option to delete resources/deployments.
when using the shutdown API it says that resources are hidden but not deleted:

I also tried to update deployment with removing resource (e.g enterprise search) from request with prune_orphans: true but despite getting 200 response it seems like resource still exists.
