Docker.elastic.co Rate Limits

Hi all,

Hopefully this is an easy one, but I couldn't find any supporting documentation.

Does Elastic rate limit pulls from docker.elastic.co? We aren't expecting to pull often at all but we would like to know if there is anything in place, just for awareness.
