For testing purposes, I want to install Canvas to my ES 6.3.2 installation. As I get the error message, that I need a lower version of Kibana, I need to downgrade my ES 6.3.2 to 6.2 installation. As I do not want to lose the configuration and the other installed plugins in ES and Kibana, I would need a downgrade mechanism, that keeps my plugins and my configurations and "simply" downgrades the software version. Is that possible?
You cannot downgrade sorry to say, it's a Lucene limitation.
