I have created a particular index in KIBANA, but when I am creating it again with the same name it is getting generated again although its getting overwritten. Is their any change in the settings which needs to be done to prevent creating already present index.

You should get a warning if the index pattern you're trying to create already exists:
But I'm not sure if I understand the problem you're having. Can you explain a little more?
