Elastalert module error

Hi, I am trying to setup elastalert on Amazon Linux ami but getting this screenshot error when I run elastalert

python3 -m elastalert.elastalert --verbose --rule example_rules/example_frequency.yaml

I have tried with python as well instead of python 3, but didn't work.
When I install the elastalert module through pip, it says it's already installed. I have removed and reinstalled it as well, but no luck. Help please.

Hopefully someone will have seen this and can assist, but otherwise you will need to contact the developer of this tool as it's not something we develop or support sorry to say.

I installed elastalert on another ubuntu machine,
and added (aws)elk server's IP in elastalert's config file(es_host).

Works fine. Thanks.
