Elastic Alert Rules - History of an alert being disabled/enabled

We are using v8.9.0. Is it possible to see a history of when a rule/alert (Stack Management>Alerts and Insights>Rules)?
I am interested to see the history of when an alert was enabled/disabled.
The history of the changes to the alert would also be helpful.
