Elastic OTP never comes

I signed up for Elastic Cloud (hosted) and was able to log in only during the initial signup. Since then, I have not been receiving the OTP, which is preventing me from logging in. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi @Pegasus welcome to the community and thanks for trying Elastic Cloud

Assume OTP = One Time Password?

Do you mean the password for the elastic cloud console?

Or do you mean the password for the elastic cluster you created?

When you create an elastic cloud hosted cluster , the elastic user password was only shown to you once during this setup, you could have viewed it or downloaded it ... If you missed that then you can reset it through the console.

Step 5

Exactly what password are you speaking of?

Thnx for reply,After I enter my password in the Elastic Cloud console, I am asked to enter an OTP sent to my email(We sent a 6-digit code to xxxxxx@xx. The code is valid for 5 minutes), but it never arrives.

Okay, you're talking about elastic cloud console..

Did you go here to register

If you go to The login page
https://cloud.elastic.co

Did you try forget password?
Obviously you've checked your checked your spam etc

And that email does not belong to any other elastic cloud organizations?

@Pegasus

Did either of those work?

One thing that can happen if your email bounces / or not allowed it will be added to a "not valid list"

If you used the email that you used for this forum that has already been an Elastic Cloud account for 4 years so you can not re-register that email you could reset the password but if you already used a trial you will not be able to start a new trial.

If you DM me your email you used and I will take a quick look.
