Yes. If you don't have a gold or platinum license, you just have to activate the trial period which you can do from Kibana in one click.
Hi @dadoonet,
thanks for your quick response!
You mean "No", If I 'dont have a gold or platinum...
And which is the version of x-pack delivered with elasticsearch 6.3.2?
Where I may see the available features in this version?
Thanks again
Sarah
x-pack is built-in with the distribution. So the version number is 6.3.2.
About features, you can read that here: https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions
Hello @dadoonet,
In this page Kibana Alerting: Alerts & Actions for Elasticsearch data | Elastic there is :
New The code for alerting features is now open and available in our public GitHub repo. Read More
Does it mean that is possible to use alerting without gold/platinum license ?
Thanks.
No. It does not mean that. Read Subscriptions | Elastic Stack Products & Support | Elastic
So, I don’t understand what "The code for alerting features is now open and available in our public GitHub" means.
Maybe it’s just a typo in the alerting webpage.
Did you click on the Read More
button?
Sure.
