Elasticsearch Cloud Cluster went in maintenance mode

Hi Team,

During some recent elasticsearch maintenance one of our clusters went into maintenance mode and never came back (maybe coincidence).

I've done a lot of searching to find out about maintenance mode but since we didnt put it in trying to scratch my head to how we I research triggers for it?

My node in elastic cloud was dead and only when I went into deployment and enabled routing did it work. I tried restarts etc and nothing.

Any ideas? Sorry I know this is vague but not sure on next steps
