Elasticsearch is still indexing but can not see in kiabana

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with ES 6.8
I try to index with index rate ~ 1700. But I can not see realtime log in kibana. After the file was truncate, I can see all the logs.

every 2 hours I can see the log.
I try to use curl to get data realtime form index, but it is not found the log

hi, thank for your reponse, this is mysql slow log, I use filebeat to push log to ES. MySQL 5.6
