Elasticsearch upgrading to 7.4.0 version

Hi guys , i downloaded the latest version of elasticsearch(7.4.0) and my current verison is the 7.2.1 but my problem is i want to get all the data from and dashboards from the previous version to the new version .
can you please help ?
