ElasticStack (Elasticsearch, kibana, Logstash) Update Versions

Hello Team,

Currently I am working on ELK 5.6.15 and need some clarification regarding Update and Upgrade.

  1. Whether minor versions of Elastic Stack 5.6.17 and later will be release in future or not?

  2. Is direct upgrade from 5.6.15 to 7.4.2 is possible without any data loss ? If no then what will be the best solution? (Regarding Upgrade of ElasticStack From 5.6.15 to 7.4.2)

  3. Whether versions of Elastic Stack like 7.4.3, 7.4.4, 7.4.5 etc would be release in future?

  4. Whether minor versions of Elastic Stack like 6.8.5, 6.8.6, 6.8.7 etc would be release in future ?

If so then till what minor versioning will you support before giving us a major upgrade?
