Hi Team, i am trying to create Email connector using the gmail which has 2 factor authentication enabled. What need to be done in this case? no option to enable app password.

Are you talking about the Elastic Connector for Gmail?
If so, have you followed the prerequisite instructions for authentication to create a Google Service Account? If not, please follow the steps described here: Elastic Gmail connector reference | Enterprise Search documentation [8.14] | Elastic
This connector does not use 2-factor auth that requires human intervention, but an OAuth2 Client Credentials flow. So I think you may have missed the setup of the requisite "application" and credentials.
