enterprise search is able to start and shows the below message but i am not able to connect to it and getting connection refused error.

- What version of Enterprise Search are you running? e.g., 7.10, 7.11?
- How are you hosting Enterprise Search? Local dev? On Elastic Cloud? On another self-managed host?
- How are you trying to connect to Enterprise Search? Via your browser? Via the Kibana plugin? Via API/cURL. command? Enterprise Search in Kibana, etc.?
- Are you following all steps within Installation | Elastic Enterprise Search Documentation [7.11] | Elastic (as applicable to your setup)?
