Error with the key

I want install filebeat on my server but when I write this command
wget -qO - https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch | sudo apt-key add -

I got this error : gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

How resolve it ?

I run with Ubuntu 16.04.

I have this message also : Could not resolve host: artifacts.elastic.co

Where are you trying to download this from? I am in Europe, but I can access artifacts.elastic.co.

Now the command runs, I change nothing.
I don't understand why, in the morning, I couldn't launch it.
