ES + Kibana - version migration

Hi,
I'm moving from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 to own relevant bugs fix
What's the fastest and secure way to migrate cluster to the new version?
I follow the steps from this article but even thoough I've rename my cluster name in elasticsearch.yml, I'm not getting my data in Kibana

Any idea?
