Filter by clicking legend in line charts

I'm quite sure that I used to be able to click a legend in a line chart followed by the plus sign to create a filter, but for some reason, the plus and minus signs are missing now.

For pie charts this still works:

pie%20filter%20exists

Could I have messed up some configuration? Or why can't I filter using legends on line charts?

i think you are using a version of kibana where this was broken.

what version are you on ?

Just upgraded Elastic and Kibana to 6.6.1. Same problem.

this will only be fixed in 6.6.2 as we missed the deadline for 6.6.1
