For Java APM, is the STW time (Garbage Collector) taken into account in the latency measurement?

Hi,

We have java APM instrumenting our production workload. In kibana we have latency graph (inside Transactions dashboard) and I don't know if this latency meassuremente take in account Java STW time (Garbage Collector). If not the case, how can I get an aggregation of the latency and STW time?
