Gauge and goal visualization in the Visual Builder and Data

Users can create gauge or goal visualization through the Visual Builder or Data visualization, but the results user will get are different.

Here is the picture of the visualization on the dashboard, the gauge on the left is created through the Visual builder and the one on the right is by Data Visualization. The one on the left is much better presented - bigger chart, bigger font. and no visualization title. Is it possible to create a chart like the one in the left through Data Visualization?

While we are working towards more consistency with the two, they are still different visualizations.
