Getting rid of the null value from Lens Table

Hello everyone,

I have a list of projects in the column and a list of users for the rows.
I eventually want to make a table where it shows 'who are working on each project'

This is my starting point but not sure how to have a clean list of users for each project... I know I set up the table in a way where it WILL show everyone on the row thus null values will be shown.

Can I achieve that from Dashboard Lens? Is there another tool that I need to use? Thank you!
