Hiding legend label when no data

I tried using {"min_doc_count":1} in the JSON input section to hide labels for a bar chart but when I pressed save, I got an Internal Service Error message.

Ideally what should happen is the legend labels disappear for categories with no data and the data for the remaining labels is centered on the x-axis instead of space still being allocated for the remaining categories. Thanks in advance.

Hmm, could you share a screenshot of your chart configuration (along with the json input)?

The average aggregation doesn't support min_doc_count. Maybe you are meaning to include that in your buckets aggregation instead?
