How can I disable user access to alerts?

Hi,

I want to take away the privileges of users to create alerts, how can I do this?

I currently gave privileges to
Analytics

  • Discover (All)
  • Dashboard (All)
  • Visualize Library (All)

Observability:

  • Infrastructure (Read)
  • APM and User Experience (All)
  • Synthetics and Uptime (Read)

Management:

  • Saved Objects Management (All)
  • Saved Query Management (All)

I can set the APM and User Experience (All) to Read and then users can't make alerts but they also can't make service groups which I do want
