I need create a table, having some links in each row for different dashboards

We've created the data table from lens Visualization. Here list of hostnames is around, in that column we've click one of the hosts..we wanna redirect to particular APM services....

This can be done at the index pattern level, go to the field you want to be clickeable and edit it and choose url as formatter ....
