How can we showcase multiple hosts metrics in single dashboard

I have multiple hosts enable on metricbeat. I want to show case hostname wise metrics in single dashboard.

as example i attached

I use selection bar to distingush multiple users however it wont work while i change value for first 2nd hostname also refreshed.
