Do we have any option to add or load .mif or .tab or .gis files in Kibana maps?

Directly? No. You'd have to convert it to geojson first and then it could be added as a custom vector shape. I've seen some converters around like this one: https://mygeodata.cloud/converter/mif-to-geojson
We're also working on direct upload/indexing of geojson now. This may be expanded to include other formats in the future but I don't believe this particular format is on our radar for the near-term.
