I want to perform dm-crypt encryption at rest for all data path for Elasticsearch but it should be searchable if I try to access data from hadoop/spark/kibana.
Any ideas on this would be very appreciated.

Are u looking for full disk encryption or encryption I'm the file system itself? Full disk shouldn't be an issue since when done properly it's transparent to the OS and the apps on top. If ur looking for Elasticsearch to store the indexed data I'm a encrypted format so that if someone gains access to the OS they can't pilfer data, I don't think elastic has that feature or at least I've never seen or heard of it.
Full disk encryption, any leads to achive this menthod or any ideas are much appreciated
Bitlocker on windows and LUKS on Linux.
