How to put on alert on email for advanced configuration of single metric job in machine learning section of kibana

I'm trying to get alert message on my mail for a single metric job but when i click on avanced configuration , then send mail option is not there. please help me in that.
I'm attaching the screenshot of it

In second screenshot i am not able to get alert mail option.

Is your cluster enabled to send emails?

Sir, How can i check whether in cluster it is enabled or not

If you don't know, then it is likely not enabled (since it is not enabled by default).
