How to reset my mail ID used in trial and start using in paid account

Hi,

I used my business email in a trial account for POC purposes. But with the paid account (set up using Azure Marketplace), I am not able to use my same business email. Am I following wrong approach?

You can do this in https://cloud.elastic.co/user/settings once you login.

Hi, I am not getting any option in settings page to reset or delete or unsubscribe my mail id. Since, I used the same email Id (provided by the company) in my trial elastic cloud account, I am not able to configure my elastic account using same email id through Azure Marketplace.

I read in another thread that elastic team will help in resetting the mail id. I am getting the below error:
